These policies are to ensure the protection of my clients, myself, and of Flux Energy Healing, LLC. The term “We” under Privacy Policy agreement is in reference to Flux Energy Healing, LLC and fluxenergyhealing.com copyright laws. By accessing this website we assume you accept these policies. Appointment Policy
Booking Sessions
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Contact me personally if you are not seeing an available slot and/or are hoping for something sooner. I will get back to you with any possible availability!
Cancelling and/or Rescheduling Sessions
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up until 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% session fee. Please contact me ASAP if you encounter an unforeseen issue or emergency. No shows forfeit the entire session fee.
Location
South Philadelphia PA, 19148 (near the intersection of S. Broad and Snyder). My home office is exactly that, a home office. Though my practice has a dedicated space within my home for client comfort and professionalism, this is a private residence and your respect is required for in-person sessions. My exact address will be sent upon scheduling. Remote sessions are led by phone and email. If you prefer Zoom, please reach out and I am happy to discuss it. I find that, as a client and practitioner, visual electronics interfere with energetic clarity, though I’m willing to be flexible as your comfort is my priority!
Right Of Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any point in the event that I feel my physical boundaries are being disrespected. The same respect is extended to each of my clients, and will be managed on an individual basis. I honor clear communication and hold space for such discussions if and when they arise.
Dedicated to Emotional and Physical Safety
The treatment space I hold is one of safety, trust, and non-judgement. It is your responsibility to share advanced notice of needs you have that fall out of the “usual”. I am an extremely open minded person and your comfort is important. If your needs fall within my personal boundaries and professional scope, I am always happy to discuss. I am dedicated to professional boundaries and will clearly communicate if I feel these boundaries need to be reiterated. I reserve the right to use discernment in any situation where emotional discomfort arises and to handle it as I see fit.
Accessibility is clearly addressed in the Consent and Confidentially Form, as well at the Initial Client Intake Form. The treatment space is not wheelchair accessible and as a small private business, Flux Energy Healing, LLC is not legally mandated for ADA compliance.
Synthetic perfumes and scents
I am sensitive to chemicals and ask that you reframe from wearing strong scents while in my home and office. These include perfume, cologne, deodorants, lotions, and fabric softeners. I reserve a right to refuse a scheduled appointment if this need is not respected.

Analytics used by Squarespace - this includes traffic data, type of device used, search queries, and general location. This information cannot be transported from the Squarespace Analytics location as a private member.
